Celebrating One Year of Edidion's 'PHOENIX' EP

One year ago today, I released my second EP, PHOENIX, it's crazy how time flies!

This project was more than just a collection of songs it was a testament to personal growth, healing, and finding strength after heartbreak. As an artist, I poured so much of myself into this music, and the journey since its release has been nothing short of incredible.

Creating this EP was a pivotal moment in my career. It was the first time I fully embraced vulnerability in my songwriting, allowing my personal story to be heard in a way I hadn’t before. Through every lyric, every melody, and every beat, I was working to transform pain into something beautiful. This project taught me so much about my own craft, helping me grow as a songwriter, producer, and vocalist in ways I never imagined.

Looking back at the past year, I’m filled with immense gratitude. The lead single, "GETAWAY", charting on the Amazon Music UK charts was a true highlight, and seeing the positive reviews from publications and the great feedback from the listeners. But beyond the numbers and the accolades, the most meaningful part of all has been your support.

To every single person who has listened, streamed, downloaded, and shared this music thank you. To everyone who has come to a show, sang along, and made me feel your energy on stage thank you. Your support is a constant reminder of why I do what I do.

"PHOENIX" was written with a message of hope: that after the pain, you will rise again. I hope that this music has helped you in some way, serving as a reminder that even when you feel defeated, you have the power to rise up like a phoenix.
